The more people we can verify, the easier it is to quickly root out the heroes. Now I'm not going to lie, some sacrifices will need to be made but why give the heroes more than we have too?
Well I'm sure Enlightened Bum was simply trying to escape the sidekick phase and wanted to jump right to the big leagues. Look in right here in the Super Villain Handbook, chapter 1, paragraph 5, article 6 (b), it reads: "If you know there are heroes in your presence and you have a plan set in place, it is considered sporting to hand them the keys to your destruction."

That is inconsistent with the second verse! The first and third verse not having a rhyming couplet for the third line is fine. But if you're going to rhyme the 2nd and 4th lines in verse 2 you should in verse 4.
