I'm being told they request cheesecake, however.
So I'll make the flavors of the crepe in the cheesecake.
Basically almond cheesecake with some extra in the crust then the orange glaze.
... buggerpants. Tried to make warm mussel salad with paprika chimichurri, but I got distracted making the chimichurri and messed up the ratios, and then i tried to rescue it and messed up the flavour profile and basically dinner ended up a bit mediocre. Not inedible, just not what I wanted.
still got mussels left over so I'll probably have them tomorrow with a more traditional walnut tarratare or something.
