I want to live in a world where Wonder Woman isn't always compared to Superman
She's fine as she is in her current series, which is all myth and magic, not aliens and space
plus Wonder Woman shouldn't necessarily be imposing
she should look strong but not scary because Wonder Woman loves and is the friend of all beings, she's the opposite of someone like Ares who intimidates others into doing what he wants.
Symbiotes don't usually do extra eyes, do they?
This looks kind of like an Iron Man/Soulcalibur cross over. Maybe Iron Man vs. Cthulhu, where Stark manages to integrate great old one bio-tech/magic into his suit.
Alternatively: Stark goes to hell and wakes up in a Spawn comic.

That's why I love the current wonder woman look. She's very tall, probably taller than superman if Chaing would draw them together and she looks very strong and powerful. But at the same time she still looks very loving and maternal, like one moment she would be kicking the crap out of someone trying to hurt a child and then the next she would be holding and comforting said child.
Project: Rooftop has a new contest to design a costume for an existing Green Lantern.
I'm sure people will come up with cool things but it's pretty hard to top the classic Hal Jordan costume. I'd be more interested in trying to come up with something cool for one of the other Lanterns... Kilowog maybe...
I really like this Green Lantern, by Alejandro Bruzzese.
The slightly abstracted lantern symbol, the way the costume looks sort of crystalline, lightening is it reaches the extremities, except for the ring hand, which is various shades of green.
I think the costume could be a cool, visual shorthand to show how low the ring is on power, gradually turning lighter, and picking up more cracks and fissures, as he expends energy.
Only thing I'm not really a fan of, is the mask. It just feels a little at odds with the rest of the costume.
I quite dig the mask. The whole thing gives me a late sixties counter-culture scifi feel. Like Kubrick's Green Lantern.
I think a smoother transition in the upper legs would be nice.

Ramon Villalobos did his take on that costume
Today the honorable mentions for Project Rooftop’s Green Lantern redesign challenge came out and I am gonna have to pull a Yeezus here and be the guy to say, to those winners, I’m really happy for you and I’m going to let you finish but Alejandro Bruzzese had one of the best Green Lantern redesigns OF ALL TIME.
Just for reference, here was Alejandro’s explanation that accompanied his design: My take on the GLs is that they get their power from a macroorganism that isn’t even aware they exist. With that in mind I wanted to give them a biological look. The GLs are basically wrapped in a gelatinous layer of large cells. The GL symbol, which is constantly pulsating, is actually a composite nucleus. The cells’ energies are focused through the host species’ tool building appendages, which in humans would be the fingers. The ‘mask’ is actually a breathing apparatus that, in humans, grows out from the nostrils. It extends into the respiratory system and connects to the rest of the ‘suit’ through the pores on the chest.

I'm a fan of the hair on the bottom-right, but realize that Greg Land would have a hard time finding models/celebrities/pornstars with that hair to trace

but it takes bits from fight pilot and stuntmen outfits, both of which i love so i'd like to see anyone using it
Iron Man with a symbiote maybe?

Two of those three I'd probably read.
or at least that same sort of mass of random flesh vibe

Even though it is pretty 90's I always liked his first costume and don't really think anything else has matched it.

(not joking)
linked for being really big
a lot of the designs that I dislike in comics look much nicer in the YJ style
Earth-2 Batman, who dies at the beginning of the series.

How soon can we go back to the old Mr. Freeze look?
It isn't perfect, pointless seams in a lot of places, but the crackling lightning bolt and cloak look fantastic.
