And c'mon, that was not a good oppurtunity for a joke.
I don't think it's shit.
I just don't delude myself into thinking it's great. It had a lot of potential, and some books were awesome, but as a whole it's fallen short.
Huh, and I thought people complained about it being too long.
I wasn't disagreeing... was I? It's been drawn out too long--that's my problem with it. It could have been shorter. Length doesn't bother me, if it's necessary or useful and whatnot. All that damn dress smoothy and braid tugging and stuff...

did someone tell you that getting water in your keyboard could damage the whole system? that's odd.
That is exactly what someone told me. Which freaked me out because I can't afford this computer, let alone a replacement.
this is why you should never listen to other people.
but in all seriousness, as others have said worst case is you need a new keyboard, best case you never have a problem. I dripped milk in once and lost just a few keys. dried it out, restarted the computer, and all was fine.

So, we did our running, push-ups, set-ups, wallsit, etc for aerobics class today. The numbers say that my fitness level is 'superior'. Suck it down, bitches, numbers say that I rock.
Perhaps I'll know after a good night of sleep! ;-)
Good night, [chat]. Stay fresh, as someone once told me.
Sleep well.
WoT is not horrible by my opinion. If you liked it then, you might still like it. I find it enjoyable enough to read and find it difficult waiting for the next volume, but YMMV.
At least Nynaeve finally got rid of her anger block. It was always annoying to have a scene where she gets captured or something and she's all, "Oh, if only I could get angry! Then I'd tentacle-rape them with Air!"
Hey Elks, I've read 3 sets of rules pages. How big would that make my balls?
Inferior to his numbers, clearly.

Also, that one book where the Women are all "Men can't do anything right!" And then proceed to screw everything up. Of course, it's not like the men have a better track record, but still... Also, all the pining for lost loves, or found loves, or loves that don't exist yet, or whatever.

...or something.
Hahaha... oh yeah. Good times.
I used to hang out at the Wheel of Time Book Forum... it was a subforum for the game website. Man, those guys took that stuff seriously. Picture D&D but focused on one book series with one fictional world. We talked about the magic system, the politics, the plot, the covers... EVERYTHING! It was fun to read.
Anyway, there was a poster there who went by the name Isam. He did summaries for all the books (up to Winter's Heart, I think). Those were so freakin' hillarious. I should try to find them again, though I don't know how easy a task that would be. ...Grain break! hahahahaha

Wasn't that pretty much every book?
Also, there are some pretty obvious "mysteries" that I wish some of the characters would solve already.
Like the fact that Min is clearly somehow related to the Aelfinn or Eelfinn.

"Grain break" sounds like Crossroads of Twilight. There was some stupid scene where Perrin goes to a town to get grain, and it's full of bugs or whatever, and there's ghosts everywhere and all this stupid shit.
Literally nothing happened in that book. Thankfully Knife of Dreams resolved a lot of stuff.

Oh yeah, I didn't mean to imply I was quoting Winter's Heart. I don't remember how far he actually got. The grain breaks just cracked me up a lot in the summary, so I was just reliving funny memories. I really wish I could find those summaries.
Freshly showered, freshly shaved, food is in the oven, jazz is on the sound system, bottle of wine in the fridge, flowers on the table.
Twenty minutes to game time. Wish me luck.
No mention of getting dressed? That doesn't go over well until after the dinner.
Good black slacks, blue dress shirt with sleeves rolled past elbows is a go, black shoes I always get complimented on. Shoes need to be shined but I have no polish so they'll have to do.
Farewell sweet prince, fine friend, rapturous forum. I'm going to the beach and I don't know if I'll ever want to leave. If I don't return, all around.

That's a reasonable opinion.
Also: I am not afraid of you dynagrip. I don't really have any antipathy for you, but no fear either.

I was impressed by his whole political system, evil dudes, and system of 'magic' though.
Anyway time for an audition. I hope it goes well.
good luck!
Hello again, [chat].
I am glad to know my computer will be fine. Now I must work on the boredom problem. Probably should've gotten in on Phalla...
My bad.
Yes.
And yes. Good luck!
What books were you talking about?
The Wheel of Time, by Robert Jordan.
I liked it then, don't know if I still like it.

Go get 'em, tiger!

Yes there is! The worse that could happen is that you open the door pantless.
You guys make me sick!

Meh. There's plenty of commericals which seem to have little to do with their subject.
Plus, it's the eSurance girl. I don't think any marketing mascot in history has had so much porn drawn of it.
They have not been drawn to comment.
Why is your name different now, Elks?
