Tomorrow is a grading day. I will probably put on movies to help pass the time. Any good ideas for Netflix movies that I can easily follow with divided attention?
but flying blows, busses aren't great, driving is exhausting
I guess I haven't done a long train ride since I was an adult so maybe that's the best option (but it seems like trains are often even more expensive than flying)
teleporters pls
Have you tried the mega buses? The ones around here supposedly have relatively roomy seats and wifi.
I took a bus to NYC from DC once and it wasn't great
but we did the super cheap like $20 ea way one so
These ones are about $60.
They'd better be worth $60.
If you're willing to pay for it, train is probably a lot better. Some busses can be nice but I do not trust them, even more expensive ones.

because of the two ferries I can get food when taking the bus, and also stretch my legs and just get a change so I'm not as bored, and I can get a smoke while waiting by the quay, which is why I don't take the stavanger-bergen boat

Skippy, you should have a "Not all who wander are lost." tattoo.
I got these vouchers from work as an incentive thing. Some of them are on what I thought was a prepaid debit card, but nope, just has a giant visa debit logo on it despite not being usable as such.
I don't really shop at any of the places that accept these things. I suppose I could ebay them?
I'm getting TSA pre check and Global Entry soon but I hear these days since they've opened up TSA precheck to more ppl it's less advantageous than it used to b
Reading a very interesting article (in Swedish, alas) about how physical illness is linked to mental illness.
People with syphilis used to suffer from dementia and outright psychosis. Cured with penicillin.
Major events like the Spanish flu in 1918 or strict food rationing during the world wars led to malnutrition, and children born during that period were a lot more likely to develop schizophrenia. And the grandchildren of those people having kids during those events had a sub-average weight for newborns, because egg cells are developed during the fetal stage and stay dormant until puberty.
Roughly 25% of people with an autism spectrum disorder have increased intestinal permeability. Which sounds pretty much like the root of my stomach issues.

Late stage syphilis affects your mental health like whoa.
excluding the local transit (probably an extra 15ish minutes for me to get to philly airport versus philly train station and like an extra 25 minutes to get to boston airport rather than boston train station)... flight travel time, roundtrip total: 2h26m. train roundtrip total: 13h18m. 168 round trip vs 118.
greyhound would be 78 bucks and just over 14h roundtrip but those savings aren't enough for me. it's just way too uncomfy to save 40 bucks over train.
megabus and boltbus prices aren't available yet for the travel dates

Or I'll just be baller and buy two seats and flip everyone off that asks for the one next to me.
and you have legroom and a table to sit and play cards at and you can walk around to stretch your legs and get some food
very comfy
I thought you said flying is awesome

Robot and Frank is a really fun movie. The plot's important but it's also pretty straightforward.
Then you spend the rest of the movie wishing you had the robot and not quite fearing being old as much.
Jawsome!
Not as far as security clearances go.
