I'm a bit eh on One Night Ultimate Werewolf. I love regular style Werewolf so much, and while it's a nice attempt to speed it up it just doesn't click with me. It's fun, but I'd rather just play Werewolf/Mafia/Whatever you call it.
I'm ambivalent about whether or not I should ask any follow-up questions to this.

I sent nick the following texts.
Nick!
Guess what!
(Wake up)
at this stage nick gave me a phone call slightly worried.
The story was is that vivienne's parents found an image and a story that involved someone with my surname that eventually settled in new zealand, while back tracking my own parentage I found someone with the same surname as nick.
Has anyone played Coup? Played a little over the weekend, quite enjoyed it!
Thinking about picking up a copy for boardgame nights.

Oh man that is like the inverse of Love Letter where we constantly accuse people of being Barons.
Yea that's what I was doing up there. :hydra:

tell of these skull and sheriff of nottingham games. Although, I do like robin hood games.
Also, everybody should place Letters from Whitechapel. Especially if you like the 'informed minority' type of games like BSG and Werewolf. It's long, can usually take about 2-3 hours if everybody moves at a decent pace. But oh so much fun.
Of course this must pale in significance to anything actual minority members have to deal with, but I am really fucking sick of other white Australians assuming that because I am also a white Australian I will automatically approve of/join in with any racist bullshit that they may spout during a conversation.
Today at work the assistant manager of my department was complaining to me about an annoying thing that a lot of customers do, which I was agreeing with having also experienced the same thing.
Aaand that was the point at which he stopped, looked me in the eyes and said 'It's always the Africans who do it, too'.
I'm pretty sure I physically recoiled when he said that, before saying 'I don't think their background is relevant at all', so hopefully he will finally get the message to stop saying that kind of thing around me.
I just wish I could have said something a bit less wishy washy without worrying about repercussions to my shifts or somesuch.

They got the idea in their heads that backpackers were secreting away millions of dollars tax free when the reality is they earn and then spend pretty much immediately. So now my favourite group of people in the world who typically subsist on pasta and a single tomato will have their income cut by 32.5%

Rather than do any research myself, I will just wait for a pdf summary to be emailed to me in the morning, which I assume is being prepared by poor unfortunate graduates at the big accounting firms around the country as we speak. And then I will read it and discuss it with my coworkers as a flimsy excuse for not doing any work.

Are you a baron?
What does the baron do, again? I mainly saw everybody claiming to have a captain (steal moneys from other players)
My friend wrote a parody short story about the Australian government and Joe Hockey's stand in was called "Floorball".

It tends to make people shut up about such stuff around me.
