Texas has Texas A&M, which I am fond of despite the fact it's about as far right as any non-religious university.

I'd like to point out that at one point, our student government (that has no real power) voted to defund the LGBT services center. Which, obviously, was rejected by the board, and they knew it would be. But they still voted just for the sake of "sending a message" that we're bigots.

Is the most common name in your socialist hellhole Daniel Markusson?

the danish patronymics end in -sen. Names ending in -son is characteristic of the ancient enemy, the perfidious Swede

Daniel and Dan are common enough names

Wouldn't it almost always be more sensible to put your portfolio in, like, non-American companies though? I mean, there's no way Rick Perry would be able to argue for investing Texas's education budget in foreign markets, but that's got to have a better ROI than gold.

But I guess if you thought the usd was about to lose all its value you wouldn't have a very good judge of values in the first place.
