I need to figure out how to get educated on basic drawing skills and go from there.

I've realized that I eventually want to do art/concept art stuff like Brian Froud/Tony DiTerlizzi. Kind of wish I pursued this back in college while I was there -_-

    Just start.

Make a tumblr, post something as often as you can. It will be bad, but let the rejection and hated be your fuel.

This is the way of things.

I will check every day. Godspeed!

We had a power cut at work and they told everyone to go home, as it was about four and it'd be another two hours at least before the power came back on.

But I was working on a bug when the power went and I won't be back for a week, and there's an important build tomorrow.... So I left about three large post-its worth of notes on my bosses desk detailing exactly how to fix the issue.

Ungh. The sooner my probation is over and I can revert to the mean of not being such a dingus and let shit slide, the fucking better.

Although every time I think about yaoi I am reminded of this hilariously nsfw comic I found (but lost, sadly) which was a a bunch of japanese schoolgirls who were strapped down and being forced to watch bear porn by a furious gay guy who was all "This is gay!" and the girls were all "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO we like yaoi not real gay".

I am still super pissed at myself for not saving it more safely.

It is in reference to playing Lexicon, a game where we collaborate on a short encyclopaedia on a fictional subject by taking turns writing short entries that cite other entries that don't exist, and later someone writes those entries to fill the gaps, creating a collaborative compendium of fake knowledge

I just used white phosphorus on a group of people, which turned out to be protecting civilians. I'm just trying to get a feel for the different groups here - earlier a group of people were rounding up civilians for what appeared to be genocide. Was that false? Were they actually trying to protect them the entire time? Or when I attacked, did another group end up protecting the civilians?

As far as I can tell, so far, the plot is

    1) 33rd battalion had a schism

    2) CIA operators started raising insurgents to fight the part of the 33rd that was being oppressive

    3) We attacked the part of the 33rd that was protecting the civilians because we mistook them for the other half

    Is this accurate?
