Why doesn't it keep track of medals in your stats? Why doesn't it have a quick rejoin game option? Why does it make you leave your group whenever you exit anything? Why am I so good?
Man you should have seen some of the games @Angry and I had a couple months ago. We'd have a couple games where we were the fucking GOAT and then a couple where we couldn't do a single goddamn thing. The matchmaking is gonna be real bad, but eventually you'll get paired with people about as good as you! Give it a little bit!
So wow. Your mileage my vary and all that, but I found the current Brawl game type to be just unbelievably unfun. Mystery Heroes means you get switched to a random hero when you spawn. Which also resets any Ultimate charge you had. Which means snowballing galore, which means the winning team gets all the Ults and the losing team gets none. And it's just really frustrating to be on the losing side, and really boring to be on the winning side.
Codes acquired. Can at least get the install done. Gonna make it rough to work from home tomorrow. I got too much work stuff to do to "work" from home.
Having a highlights menu right there on the main page is so smart, especially with the way they dress it up with a title card and "Highlights: UnbreakableVow as D.Va"

And I have gotten into online team FPSes before but they aren't one of my top genres
But I will have friends to play with! But only on PC, and I am garbage with a mouse and keyboard and use a controller if I can and so I am usually handicapped a bit compared to proper PC players so
there's a few characters that you probably won't want to play without THE TWITCHIN' but there's definitely folks in every role that you can feel comfortable with while having weaker aiming skills

So I was going headlong into a group of people, started flying towards them, hit self destruct and backed up as I sent my flying suicide mech toward them and got a triple kill
It's even better when you fly nearly straight up and hit self destruct, it goes so far up, and the other team is just so confused trying to figure out where it is.
You can combine D.Va's flight with her self destruct
So I was going headlong into a group of people, started flying towards them, hit self destruct and backed up as I sent my flying suicide mech toward them and got a triple kill

the payload only moves when the enemy team is close to it
so stop them from being close to it
If it's anything like TF2 there's a payload that is heading towards your base and stopping it is usually an area control + timer exercise.
This is actually a lot more enjoyable than I thought it would be, I had essentially zero hopes of liking it
I'm incredibly bad at it though and that's not likely to change, so not sure if I'll pick it up yet or not

as it stands, each game is basically Borderlands 1 but slightly better. Well, better gameplay-wise, at least.
