If that is your actual goal, no. But you are still anti-village even if you just need to get rid of village specials. And effectively so far, your kills have been Serial Killer-ish. So I'd be reluctant to trust claims
Now if you were a neutral who couldn't kill people..but select individuals..it would be slightly different. But you are a neutral with a kill.

If you need to kill "village specials", I'm not sure if you are technically neutral. It's like mafia-proxy
edit: I guess "technically" you could still be neutral. It would be more "effectively"
Eh, I win if y'all kill the mafia and they're dead. I win if the mafia controls the vote and they're dead. It's more like I'm 60/40 anti-village.
However, killing me is a kill you control that is 100% not aimed at the mafia so you shouldn't kill me.

he is effectively a serial killer. there is a difference. you dont give the village two kills and the mafia one.
