also guys i make star trek references with my jokes now that's something you're going to have to just get used to
How much time have you dedicated to figuring out Odos dick situation
i mean mechanically it seems pretty simple
he basically demonstrated it when he was showing bashir how he can make it look like he's drinking from the glass and then refilling it
my real question is
what kind of length and girth did he go for
he's a no-nonsense kind of fella, but takes pride in his work, so i would assume just slightly above average, you know, just enough to be noteworthy, but not ostentatious
Allegedly a voice of reason.

someone replied on that twitter that those rubber suits don't breathe at all and the people are rushing out so the dancer doesn't suffocate
Remember watching an episode of How it's Made on making mascot costumes. They get to the part of installing what looks like a small PC fan for "ventilation and comfort" to the helmet/mask and I was like hell no that's not enough.

So seriously. If I didn't enjoy the book. Ya'll think I may like the American Gods show?
That's how it worked out with the first season of TWD. So, who knows.
if you didn't enjoy the book i don't even know how to communicate with you in a meaningful way because you clearly come from some alien race whose entire concept of language and its use is inconceivable to me
i dunno rugged temba, his arms wide
I understand I'm a minority in this opinion. The only character I really liked was the girlfriend.
It wasn't like god awful a book, just didn't really enjoy reading it.
I was just wondering if it appears they're doing something a little better with the storytelling.
Oh! A good example would be GoT. GoT the show is so much better told than the books it's obnoxious. Things just fit together better. For the most part.
I just had someone describe Stephen Universe as "SJW the show"
I haven't seen the show, but now I may watch it just to make a rebuttal.
It is! Or at least, it strongly advocates SJW values. Also the people speak with our (millenial, internetty) speech patterns and even facial language/memes.
It's so good and totally worth watching (but takes a while to build up; be sure to watch like 8-9 episodes before giving up!)

steven universe is not SJW the show because it is entirely whimsical and doesn't preach a thing to you
it just exists and happens to be rather progressive
also it's like 1500 episodes a season and i just couldn't keep up but it was fun and cute

I just read Harry Potter books recently. I know how you feel.
It's weird that the movies didn't do much for me, but the books are good.
the books are better than the movies, yeah
I'm irrationally infuriating by people who complain that the magic in the books isn't internally consistent.
It is very consistently inconsistent. Heh.
But the books did explain stuff the movies just left as wide open inconsistencies.
And like.....the magic isn't the point to the story! Its all window dressing to some pretty well crafted themes about the cost of generation spanning conflict, loneliness, and anger.

it felt medium and left very little impression. I liked the one midwestern town where
but that's about all I can remember of it.

I tried to give it back!
I mean not really since I didn't have it with me...

that was american gods yes
Yeah I mean it was either American Gods or like...prairie home companion, heh
But that was a striking image/concept that I enjoyed.
it came out of nowhere
I think. idk why I am pretending I remember anything specific about this book besides feelings and vague imagery.

we've kept it cool so far, right?
just checking my internal spoiler barometer
this is also the thing that left the biggest impression on me from that book.
I haven't seen the show, but now I may watch it just to make a rebuttal.
It's the one thing that's been missing from your brand, I think this whole "Chanus" thing is really gonna finally start taking off.
Chanus of Volt.
I dunno sjw's in general are a lot less insufferable that stephen universe

Don't rebut those kind of people. Steal their lunch money.
I can't wait for this Gunslinger I've heard so much about to show up!
i agreed before the edit but i see no reason to change it

Then I think "why is that I've never tried watching before? lemme google it real quick"
