Going through the Assassin's Creed Syndicate soundtrack now. I liked the game, but not sure I really caught on to how good the soundtrack was. I'm really liking these.

Is anyone else still waiting on word of a North America release of Etrian Odyssey 5? The wait has been killing me but I'm also aware that Atlus is in dire straits and it may not happen.

Oh yeah as a bonus, EO5 has a DLC pack for the music to be FM synth. I don't know which version of the soundtrack I like more because Koshiro is a fucking genius.
Yeah, a couple years ago their parent company got nailed really hard for... I think tax evasion? So Atlus got sold off as an asset, I think in the hands of Sega at the moment. Who also isn't in the best shape. Not long after the sale of Atlus they announced that their localization for Europe would be severely cut back, and I think they even downsized their EU branch a year ago. I blame the Persona series.

AC games secretly have incredible soundtracks. AC2 has some fantastic atmospheric stuff, but Black Flag's is incredibly good.
There is an entire album's worth of pirate shanties on the OST! So fun.
