I just sat through a bunch of absolute bullshit to get to this Taichi vs TAKA match and all I can say is

Nah. Give him a few months in NXT and be awesome first because I fear when NXT people get called up.
Also, we have no idea if that dude can talk at all. If he's on the main roster he can't just be all stiff kicks and remarkably smooth transitions to the lotus position.
If there's anyone I'd say "fuck it, just call 'em up now" to, it's Ruby Riot. I can't remember the last time someone showed up in NXT who already seemed to have all of the pieces put together, especially among the women.
They have to figure out a better way of doing these post-Takeover NXTs. Use these matches to develop lower-card storylines that couldn't quite make the Takeover card or something. This half-recap, half-nonsense thing has to stop.

Yeah, this is the first time I've tried to actually watch NXT proper in a while and boy is this just not doing anything for me. Did they actually expand upon the DIY stuff? I left to get a drink during the recap and came back and it was over.
