Yakuza 6, Yakuza Kiwami 2, more backwards compatible games on Xbox One, Genesis Collection, Ages on Switch, Shenmue 1 & 2, Sonic Mania Plus, a new Sonic Racing game, a possibly improved Genesis mini, a new Sonic comic, Sakura Wars (I'll take your word for it)... it's a good time to be a SEGA fan.

I never cared for chao's but I got a good amount of fun out of the genesis 2P competition modes... but they probably mean the 3D sonic 2P modes which were not so much my thing
Crush 40 is playing some gaming convention in Pennsylvania end of June and I think I'm driving there from MA with a friend or two just to see them play

So word is that we'll be hearing more about that new Sonic racing game soon; new info is "on the horizon," so unless that's dropping a hint at a Forza crossover, E3 seems to be the popular guess..
Also, Nintendo Everything translated a Japanese interview about SEGA Ages:
Yeah, last night I put on my VR headset so I could play old Sega Genesis games in a virtual room with a CRT. It was cool and surprisingly very nostalgic.
There are also a few issues of the old Archie Sonic comics laying around the room, along with various Sega posters on the wall, and a toy replica of the Golden Axe (sadly can't pick it up in VR or anything).
It seems you start the online multiplayer before picking a game, so I'm curious if that will let you join someone who owns a game that you don't. It'd certainly make getting the newly-added achievements easier, as I don't own all the games.

Road trip to see crush 40 turned out to be a massive waste of time and money. Lost a solid 2hrs due to being stuck behind a car accident in new York, so now I'm in Pennsylvania at a con a don't care about for a day
Not sure how to salvage any fun out of this one. Maybe they're hanging around someplace but this sucks
I ended up buying a mint in box mighty final fight and contemplated a Nintendo world championship nes cart and got buffalo wild wings but I could've done that from my own city.
And sadly crush 40 left the minute their set ended to catch a flight, so no merch or goofy pictures or signing my SA2 copy
