Reminder that Transformers and Godzilla were also parts of the Marvel Universe at various points.
All the lore of G.I. Joe comes from Marvel comics. All the character traits and personalities were invented at Marvel. That's where Cobra comes from. They were even going to be Hydra, originally.
I'm not sure how much of this is also true for Transformers.
Originally GI Joe was going to be a Nick Fury/SHIELD show
So while they did work on it using that starting point, it became its own thing fairly early on
Yeah, but that own thing was all the work of Larry Hama. He wrote the lore, he wrote the comics, and he even wrote the cards on the back of the action figures. Marvel artists and Hasbro's in-house team did cooperate in creating new figures, with Hama consulting heavily.*
Everything about G.I. Joe except the name and the original toy is a result of the collaboration with Marvel.
* The Tunnel Rat action figure is also modeled on Hama.

Also Machine Man is from 2001: A Space Oddysey comic series. Rom and Micronauts were part of the MU. Shang-Chi's father was Fu Manchu. Killraven's future was the world of War of the Worlds and the original Guardians of the Galaxy were a future version of that timeline.
One of my first Marvel comics was Spider-Man's mind send back in time by Dr. Strange to the time of King Kull.

Apparently Marvel is making Conan the Barbarian a part of the Marvel Universe, as in Avengers: No Road Home the team travels back to the Hyborean Age and ends up allied with him
Oh Jesus, I thought for a second you meant the MCU and that that meant a Conan was the new first movie in the marvel cinematic universe
Humor can be dissected as a frog can, but dies in the process.
Godzilla being part of the marvel universe is indirectly responsible for the creation of power rangers
Would you mind unrolling this one for me?
I thought it had more to do with the Japanese Spiderman live action show, which had the first giant mech/zord, Leopardon. Which was popular enough to convince further seasons of Super Sentai to also have giant mechs.

But I'm sure I don't have the whole story.
Stan Lee gave Toei the tv rights to spider-man in exchange for the rights to license Godzilla
The rest is basically as you say (It wasn't yet known as super sentai and they eventually grandfathered in the previous two series before Battle Fever J, the first one with a mech after Spiderman)
Edit: basically without the mecha it's unknown if sentai actually becomes a franchise at all, much less an internationally recognised one

Something I’m not following— Spider-Man/Sentai is Toei, but isn’t Godzilla Toho? Two different companies. Why would that trade work?

One of the better WHAT IFs from the 90s.
where Conan became a New York pimp and walked around with a leopard on leash
Not enough

I don’t mind certainly, but it’s surprising

Believe that's not the case anymore

Well this seems wholly unnecessary

Rebirth was restoring history
Who threw that bat through the window at Stately Wayne Manor? It was new villain the Thrower!
Who REALLY shot Uncle Ben? It was Dr Doom all along! Until you forget, and the baseline canon takes over!
And removing the tragic accident at the heart of the FF makes it worse, barring some fantastic writing.
