It is genuinely sad to me that the fed that got me back into wrestling and produced my favorite (until the last 3 minutes) wrestling match of all time (Unified main event: Danielson vs. McGuinness) is lolTNAing their way into oblivion.
Enzo bought tickets to Raw tonight btw, so expect either 1) another series of quick viral tweets showing him escorted out, or 2) they signed him again and he and Cass pull an ROH@MSG Part 2, which will also go viral quick
As shitty as he is, HHH was pretty clear about Enzo not being signed and having zero interest in him and did so in such a way that didn't have a hint of carny bullshit to it
Onita is at it again, this time with a project to discover the next generation of explosion deathmatch wrestlers. And DDT president Sanshiro Takagi is helping him.
This will most likely involve a couple DDT/Tokyo Joshi wrestlers in addition to some grimy shindie dudes and an mma fighter. Deathmatch gods willing, Tam Nakano as well.
Pete Dunne discussing potential mystery opponents/murder victims for his Progress return.
Also on that card Jordynne Grace faces Meiko Satomura and Progress management see if it's possible to create a black hole through the power of boring wrestling when they put WALTER against David Starr.
Oh and have a ridiculous reveal video for the new title belt:
I wonder what this means for the weekly NJPW show?
Probably gone from AXS since they wouldn't want to compete with their own stuff. Guess they either find somewhere else to show it or it goes away. Don't know how good or bad it'd be for them. Probably make more money per viewer if they subscribe to njpw world rather than watch on access, but dunno how good the conversion rate would be and it'd be a loss of effective marketing.
Rhodes himself is getting a shot at Chris Jericho's AEW Championship at the Full Gear PPV, coming November 9, but, according to Rhodes, that match might not wind up being as advertised. "This is one of the positive uses of 'card subject to change,'" he said. "I'm coming off a win over Dustin, one of the best of all time, and coming off a win over Shawn Spears, who's an absolute stud. Those were two huge wins. So me going for the title makes all the sense in the world. But it may not end up being me versus Chris Jericho. Because Chris Jericho still has a title defense before that in Philadelphia. And it may not be me if I take a loss to Sammy Guevara on the premiere episode. I think Chris Jericho is probably going to get through his first title defense, but if he doesn't we're going to stick to our word about win/loss records being a deciding factor. It's really about the data and who has the best record."

I've said it before but the simple way Austin gets to come out and own the ring by climbing the ropes in each corner, interacting directly with the fans, and doing A pose but a series of movements not just some static, pre-approved thing, it makes him stand out. Most current roster come out and make the exact same pose, generally only making it to the hard camera. Bryan was an exception during the Yes Movement and again he was getting interaction from the fans getting him over massively.
I like the guy that posited that ROH should convince Sinclair to pick up NJPW. Right. The same network that has ROH's show on at 12am Sundays on my local Sinclair station. That's not a replay, that's the initial and only airing.
A dude on reddit did a montage of a bunch of reversed Ric Flair promos, AKA "Angry Man Gets Dressed" https://v.redd.it/smten2u84sl31
It's shocking how much it still sounds like him even backwards
