Hmm, Bumper is probably better than OGE, but their tank lineup is pretty solid atm. I'd love to see him there if the price wasn't too high, but there's always been a question how good he'd be on a team that doesn't dump 100% of their resources into him.
But, iirc, OGE is a chud.
He can definitely be a chud (sometimes speaks without thinking, doesn't really consider Western context even when speaking English) but I think he generally means well and tries to fix mistakes when they're pointed out to him. He's definitely not on the level of, say, xQc.

Well the smoothbrain part is just that he seemed to legitimately think that a thousand subs was completely unrealistic and absolutely did not expect to hit it.
