I also think Zion stays in NOLA if the team is good- or his “hometown” Hornets might be appealing to him
Of course he'll stay if the team is good, but that is my point. Hornets/Pelicans teams don't stay good for very long, let alone seriously contend. That was how it was in the 90s with Alonzo Mourning/Larry Johnson, early 00s with Baron Davis, late 00s/early 10s with Chris Paul and recently with Anthony Davis. We had some good luck and some very good players of the past decades, but that never translated into longterm success or even a serious title run. The franchise never made it to the conference finals, no matter which conference we played in (come to think of it, this franchise might be one of the if not the most unsuccessful franchises in history).
So, history tells me Zion Williams will eventually leave for greener pastures or rather the chance of him leaving is higher than the franchise turning it around and finally put a competitive product on the floor.
The same could be said about Cleveland...though thats never happening ever again

Oden's situation was rough because in addition to an early collision injury he also had weight issues, so it's hard to know exactly what derailed his career the most. You can speculate that if he maintained his weight/strength he wouldn't have had as many problems, but that's just speculation.

It would have also helped if he had been 30 years younger.

Shaq started many a season overweight and was fine. Oden has bad joints and not just in his legs. His one year at Ohio State he shot free throws with his off hand because his dominant shoulder was fucked up most of the season.
I liked the parquet design they had before but the gray is still good.

I've heard it looks amazing in person, and it's just the color saturation you get from TV that makes it look weird. I like how unique it is and how it makes the uniforms pop. It's an interesting contrast from the ubiquitous yellow-orange-brown of the typical hardwood floor.

They should have given him continuation, because that was great.

Makes it look like the Lakers are playing in Pleasantville
Im going to blame Kyrie for that court
Well, Dwight Powell's leg exploded and WCS is a large person so, uh, sure? I guess?
Wait nvm WCS shoots nearly as few 3s as Simmons
Also someone to catch Luka lobs now that Powell is out for a year is nice.
The future, SuperSonics, are gonna be good. *Sorry Nawlins. It's a football state at heart.*
