Sanguinius can come back, something something spirit living on through his chapter psychic essebce imprinting itself on another member of the Blood Angels etc etc. They already have the psychic link from the red thirst/black rage, so I'm sure GW can asspull something if they really wanted to.
Ferrus Manus is deader than the parents on Party of Five, sure, but the Iron Hands have his skull (gifted by Guilliman in exchange for their agreement to abide by the chapter limitations in the Codex Astartes after the end of the Heresy) and they might have one of his hands, and it's not like he hasn't been cloned countless times already.
Basically they could bring back any primarch they wanted to, I just hope that they don't unless there is a very compelling lore reason to do so (but bring back Ferrus Mabus though).

Gathering Storm had a little segment from her Point of View chilling in the warp in between battles. She lives in the warp and is summoned by Imperial prayers, as a big fan of Celestine I have no problem saying she's an Imperial Daemon Prince and only wish GW would make generic Daemon Princes Living Saints an HQ option for Sisters.
She straight up has the deamon keyword doesn’t she?
No, she doesn't, although curiously the Avatar of Khaine does (the Yncarne as well, but that makes sense lol).
Legion of the Damned (wow I totally forgot about them) are also clearly Imperial Daemons but lack the Daemon keyword.

Horus did have it for a while (everyone needs a good armrest for their favorite chair), but at some point between then and the end of the Heresy era Guilliman and Dorn were able to get ahold of it.
Rumours are that a future PA book is War of the Spider or Webway and there's a blurb in Greater Good about Warp Spiders reclaiming an ancient suit of armour.

New Phoenix Lord?
Not that I'd complain, but I'm very skeptical that any single faction will get multiple updates from Psychic Awakening. It'll probably be Harlequins versus... Something?
If not PA, maybe with the next Craftworld codex, whenever that happens. Maybe then we'll also get Banshees and Jain Zar as a seperate release. AoS just got their limited release box characters after like over a year for some of them I think.
Oh, agree on that front. I stupidly bought a box of CSM when I could've just bought the SC box, now it's either drop the extra money or no Oblits for me.

Those two halves are their own SC boxes now - CSM and Vanguard SM.
The Librarian and Captain aren't in the Start Collecting box, they're two separate $35 standalone releases. CSM players get a much better deal there since buying all of the Marine models from Shadowspear now would cost you $165 (which is only $10 less than the entire Shadowspear box cost when it was available).

I did say I thought as it made sense Harlequins vs Ad mech vs necrons made since
Two of those are still not in a book and one has spiders. Still I am curious what they are going to give the harlequins new models? New wargear? psychic powers?
Still a warp spider phoenix lord would be interesting since long ago it was a topic of discussion. What would it be? It's just sad I can think back to that discussion and know many of the eldar minis are still the same
Ooooh, that ogryn gang for necromunda! I'm all there for the uprising of those big loafs against the tyranny of the gangs and houses.
Still waiting for Spyre Hunters as I wonder if they will be the same or all new as some worked others sometimes and one was just wailed on when it would show up
I have two Grey Knights lists, but I don't know which I should focus on.
One features what I like to call "the Ten Mortal Wounds* Wagon", which is 2 squads of Purifiers, a Brother-Captain and Banner of Refining Flame-carrying Paladin Ancient in a Land Raider Crusader, the aforementioned "wagon". The other features 2 Battalions and a squad of 10 Paladins.

I made a list that I thought might be fun. Not sure how it will do against my friend's Custodes but it might make my friend playing Blood Angels feel less steamrolled. Though honestly with all the thunder hammers, power fists, and the las fusils I think I can handle Custodes too.

So that's, what, the following faction updates left unannounced for PA?
Custodes
Death Guard
Deathwatch
Necrons
Harlequins
Sisters
There doesn't really seem to be obvious groupings there. Maybe Sisters versus Death Guard, then a four-way between Harlies, Custodes, Deathwatch and Necrons?

Custodes vs Sisters. Fighting over if the Emperor is a god or not.
Before the Sisters were brought back onto the table, I had figured it would be Death Watch vs Necrons, Custodes vs Death Guard, with Harlequins being in one of them at random. Now, I don't know. Someone on reddit smarted off suggested the Custodes vs Sisters thing and the more I hear it the more I like the idea of Emperor Worshipers vs people who know damn well the Emperor wasn't a god and that he'd be BEYOND pissed if someone ever suggested it.

So I was goofing off with some ideas for a Space Wolves list and I absolutely cannot do it as of right now but damn do I wish I could. It seems so amusing to do.
Ragnar and the WGBL in that battalion and coming down in drop pods with the Blood Claws. Gonna put the Wulfen on the hunt and then the other Wolf Lord and WGBL are gonna jump around smashing stuff with the Wolf Guard with jump packs.
Probably gonna get wrecked but I think it would be fun.

Only question is the Drop Pods, are Drop Pods even good on this edition? Don't see anybody bothering,
So for most of the edition they were terrible. But now they have a few small uses with the codex space marines. They are only way to start a unit off the board and deep strike them turn 1.
Most common use is in an iron hands army dropping in a devastator squad with 4 gravcannons and a cherab. The squad can target and delete a target first turn using the stratagem that lets you get rerolls on your grav.

also bile/fulgrim has his body
I mean who knows where it is now then because Horus is dead and such. Unless you mean Abbadon.
Bile has the full genetic code of every primarch. He has cloned them more than once.
