    There aren't actually that many options or any customizations you can do. Conan this is not.

    I find it kind of amazing that nobody is talking about the barber pole. That is quality cartooning right there.

    BG3 basically has Masc/Femme body types, faces, and voices, with variations like skinny v strong and you can just mix and match any components you choose.
