Holy shit! Did we know Fraction was writing the Kate Bishop issue of Young Avengers Presents? If we did, why did no one tell me!?
Since late January. And... Yes. I did. Some others mentioned it as well. It's not like it was a fucking state secret. But he first mentioned it in his Word Balloon interview. No one had been picked. He told Bru he'd love to. Bru made a call. Et voila! YA Presents #6: Hawkeye.
So wait.
How does Thundra vs Hulk work out? I mean, she's like as strong as Ms. Marvel...without the ability to fly, or absorb energy, or shoot energy blasts, or...
Hmmm, I'm not really wowed by these solicits. There's some good looking stuff, sure, but I don't see adding much to my list. Actually, since my daughter should be arriving in early August, my list is about to start shrinking drastically in preparation for the inevitable economic crunch.

I mentioned it repeatedly in the comic new thread or possibly the other one. But since you don't like me and we have nothing in common taste-wise (i.e. our love of runaways and other things) I guess I can see you not reading my posts. :P (j/k)
Anyway, I've been waiting to see when they were going to show off the cover for her book. I can't wait.
That is that what if thing where the X-Men aged naturally since their beginnings right? How on earth is it going to be on #12 by June? I don't think I remember seeing a solict for it before at all, but that may be because i'm an unobservant idiot and everyone will point at me and laugh.
Im so glad that back when Paul Cornell wrote the WISDOM mini, I went "Ugh - with what Clairmont is doing to Excalibur, they should just call THIS Excalibur. This same team! I love Wisdom, Lennon Skrull, the Pixie, crazy captain man...just add Captian Britain and make THIS Excalibur!"
And apparently they did just that. So so psyched.

Paul Cornell's actually coming to a fantasy/sci-fi writing convention here next week. I'm psyched. Visits from Marvel / Doctor Who writers are pretty thin on the ground here. Plus he's been to the same convention for the last four years and he's always fun.

Well, he's the single most important character in the Marvel Universe and has a major movie being released on May 2.
Beats me.
But the same could be said for why there seems to be all this Captain America stuff. It's not a ton of minis like Iron Man, but still.

I mean shit, She-Hulk could kick her ass.
Do it for her future.
Or, uh... What's that online comic store linked to in the Criminal thread?

SKRULLS!
I actually think they're Life Model Decoy's pretending to be Skrulls...
