Never been! I can't give a personal thumbs or lack-of-thumbs opinion, but if you can scrabble together the dough somehow I don't see how it could go wrong. Good weather, good scenery, and some good people. I do want to make it out to California still, someday. <3

Well, this awesome professor from Georgia Tech has made me her personal investment. She's giving me practically free rent in her house and I'm within walking distance of a store at which I have a job. I'm saving almost all of my money, and will continue to do so for as long as I hold the job (Which hopefully will be until the move) so then I will hopefully be able to live off my savings until I secure a sustainable income.

Sami, I had the idea to go to Portland this weekend, since it's Memorial Day weekend, and I'd have three days.

Then I remembered Memorial Day Weekend traffic, and immediately reconsidered.

And if I want a water/ice type, I'll just pick up a Lapras down the line.

The word "debate" comes from the old French root debattre, which means "to beat down". Discourse comes from the Latin discoursus, which means "to run around." Our forum literally means "Beat Down and Run Around".
