Maybe what Munkus means is why would you copy it exactly? Smogon takes legends (Heatran) into account. Smogon recommends things that aren't common or any sort of threat on this forum.
and those guides aren't really meant to be copied exactly. You make slight alterations depending on what you want to do and what kind of strategy you need.
Also you can just bookmark the page. No need to print or copy.
I hope Speed feels better soon. If he's got the same ickiness that has been going around my workplace, he may be back in a day or so. Or hopefully sooner.

I was wondering what you were thinking sending the Wizard out against Zee, though.
It was a misjudgment, and I used a move I shouldn't have because I misjudged further. I figured that that mistake had cost me the game, too. But Jim was able to put just enough of a dent to change the tide.
I do wonder what was that one item you had to switch out, and why it made you lead with zee.

Well, Alice was in the lead initially, and both Alice and Ion had Leftovers on. While I was juggling to figure out who kept their lefties, Zee ended up in the lead slot. I realized the change when I was getting onto wifi, but decided to roll with it. Almost worked too!

Huh? Does that mean that people entering round 5 with a certain amount of wins get a bye until the bracket? Won't we keep playing for placement?

My records consist of matches announced by speed and also a score tally. These are up to date, to the best of my knowledge. I make no attempt at predicting the future!
Can I just put an Everstone on a male to try to get it to pass down nature, or does that only work for females? I have about three potential parents in my first three boxes (that I can use here, anyways...), and it turns out I may have competition-worthy legit legends, too- Mew, Mewtwo, Darkrai and Cresselia all have decent natures. I might play around with them some if I ever get bored again.

Only female pokemon pass on natures with an everstone. The only exception are with Dittos. With a Ditto, the everstone must always go on the Ditto.
I should also point out that even if legendaries somehow become allowed around here, Ubers such as Mewtwo/Darkrai will never be allowed, and nigh-impossible pokemon to get like Mew/Celebi also probably wont be allowed.
Well, there are a few game shop tournaments around here, and (surprise surprise) they're full of legends. I'm working on a couple of teams- maybe two for there, three or four for here. I'd never pull out a legend here, unless I was going to IV check it.

I and RedMageDarion are in the same boat. I have 3 wins and he has 4, though we are both waiting for the sixth round.
Well, 100% the first time, 50% the second, 50% the third. So that'd happen one out of every four tries. Not that ridiculous, really.
Oh, okay. I didn't know the statistics for Protect. That definitely something I'm going to keep in mind.
I've decided that, much as I love Kazenomori, he really, really doesn't hit hard enough.
But I have a better idea of what sort of beast Mjolnir is, now! Yeah, I made some silly plays there, but well. As usual, some pretty bad common weaknesses in the mix and all. I need more specialised stuff that can take a hit or two and don't have many weaknesses. I am blaming my tools as I am a bad workman!
