I was surprised at first when I visited K and his roomate and friends did not blink when I referred to him exclusively as K.

If I hang out with K, I'm going to have to call him K, because I have a really awkward feeling about using the same name I have to address other people.

You might be able to tout fast and friendly service, but unless yours is like 2/3rds the price of the one by me I don't think low prices will come up.
