    With the conference underway the delegates gathered within the grand hall to begin their deliberations. They had come great distances and though they all shared a common heredity of their home planet the colonies had become as varied and diverse as one could imagine within the decades of colonization.

    The Conference was called to order with a brief keynote, welcoming delegates from every corner of the Phallic Nebula, even the lower region, once thought to be tainted by early colonists. As they took their seats and coresponded with their colonial supervisors the time had come to elect a delegate to chair the procedings.

    Fellow delegates! Know that I am truly the best possible candidate to chair this conference. You all know of my exploits as a great adjudicator and rather neutral friendly fellow. There are multiple factions here that are trying their best to increase their influence, yet they may destroy us utterly. As chair I will be able to keep them in balance and bring about a new age of prosperity for our colonies!

    The chairman for this conference should be one who is articulate, practical, and impartial. Also he needs to love cake.

    This is the reason that kime would make the best spokesperson for the P.N.C. Alliance.
