I am finding Machine for Pigs is not as scary as Dark Descent. Your encounters with the monster mostly occur in near pitch black areas, which you think would make it scarier, but actually you just end up concentrating on trying to discern black silhouettes against a dark green-black background and so it is more annoying than scary.
Or maybe Dark Descent made me into a man and I'm not so afraid of things any more??

I think a big part of it is that you can get a clear look at the monsters, and after that they are a bit silly.
I would be more concerned with data allowance. My house rocks about 2.6Mbps, which is mega slow, but I get unlimited data so it's no trouble to just let things download overnight.
Also I can't really watch youtube or stream anything while steam is downloading.
I gave the service a call and they said the data allowance was unlimited.
The bad news is that they only allow one device per subscription, meaning if I wanted to add other devices I would have to add additional subscriptions.
So considering that I have with me a PC, PS4, Apple TV, iPhone and iPad, that would be almost $700 for four months.
Yeah no. Without derailing the thread too much, is there an alternative WiFi plan I could use that supports multiple devices? If it really came down to it I could probably manage with just the PC, but there has to be a cheaper workaround.

Not totally sure if this would work, but might be possible to get it on your PC, bridge your wireless and wired ports, then run a cable from your pc to the input jack on your own router to connect everything else to.
I saw Nidhogg and then The Banner Saga jumped out at me.
I had to go with The Banner Saga.
This game looks great. Everything looks like they got Disney to draw it in the 70's. What little I've been able to play indicates that it's going to be a deep SRPG, which I'm also always down for.
In lieu of actually playing it, I listened to the soundtrack on my commute. I didn't know I needed fully orchestrated viking music in my life, but I definitely need fully orchestrated viking music in my life.

Or just buy a wireless router to act as the AP client bridge and just plug in all your devices.

Mostly NC on Connery. VS has better hoods, though, so I'm playing a little of that.
