I'd be real shocked if it didn't take Best Surprise
I'm still baffled it's any good at all, let alone the best shooter in a long-ass time!
Yeah, it had a lot going against it.
-Protracted development period, including scrapping the game at one point
-Developer hasn't had a great track record over the past decade+
-Developer finally lost it's last founder
-People were super wary about the glory kills from the first reveal
-People were SUPER down on the mp beta.
I actually kinda would like to see the game they scrapped though
Given how much people have been complaining about the MP, it sounds like the old version was even MORE defined by contemporary FPS games like Call of Duty.
Though part of me does wonder what an id-made Call of Duty knockoff would have played like.
Brad is always so driven to talk about spoilers on the podcast. I'm not spoiler sensitive personally, but I get why folks might not want to hear specific moment details on games that just came out.
Even the rest of the crew is generally like, no don't talk about that, then he relents but also still kinda talks about it anyway.

The main thing people take issue with is that Brad swings both ways: he really likes to talk about spoilers and gets bummed when told not to, but he also gets very annoyed when anyone spoils something for him.

Vinny does not seem to be enjoying Castlevania Bloodlines, which is understandable. I know it's a favorite for a lot of Castlevania fans, but it's one of the few I never completed. Eventually I found I just wasn't enjoying it.

I've not played Uncharteds at all and I didn't see anything that I think would count as a spoiler. It's stuff like "there is a boat in Uncharted 3, check out how we did all this water stuff." and "you get some driving around bits in Uncharted 4" There's no story content really and no hugely extended looks at set pieces (imo), just things one might see in a trailer.
I'm behind on the Bombcast by a week and on the 5/24 edition something with their new recording process has made it so that their mouth clicks (you know, the mucus-y click noise you make in the back of your mouth sometimes due to how your tongue sticks to it for a bit and then pulls away or something, I don't know the official name) are super audible and it's driving me crazy. Jason's by far the worst offender.
Damned impressive that the series is going to be hitting triple digits soon!
I never payed attention to GB's Youtube video views but these numbers are pretty impressive. They're a big website I'm a part of for 6 years but the community always felt small for some reason.
I'm in NYC for some family stuff and a small vacation, and was on the same street as the Playstation Theater where the MBMBAM show was having seen another show. I saw Vinny and Austin chatting with some other fans, and I couldn't resist catching Austin's eye, shaking their hands, and saying thanks for being awesome. As someone who hasn't been able to go to a PAX it was really cool to see them out in public like that. They were both super nice and gracious.
I also saw the McElroy brothers outside the theater but they were surrounded by people.

And if they actually anounce Wolf: TNO2 at E3 and drop it this year... well... all bets are off.

and now with cowboy and uncharted

you did good
Similar question from me, except I've only not played Uncharted 4 and the Vita game. And I doubt they even talk about that one in that video.

However, I'm probably not the best judge?

Doesn't he also play Ukulele or something? I remember a Big Live Live Show, but that might be someone from Twisted Pixel.

Yeah, that's probably a Twisted Pixel person you're thinking of, playing the "Doughnuts" song from 'Splosion Man.

The Doom Quicklook is currently sitting at 93,988 views. Some damned good numbers to be sure!
Weirdest thumbnail to date? That has to be up there.
Jeff's reaction to;
I watched that part like 5 times because it made me laugh so hard.
Man, Drew kinda always makes me want to be a better person
This retreat he went on sounds rad as shit
