His physique is supposed to be a little inhuman, though. He didn't always look like that. When he was just Walter Standish, an electrician from Washington, DC, he just looked like a regular dude. When his mutation activated when he was 30, he underwent physiological changes and became what he looks like now.
It's why he didn't bother wearing a mask, and why when he ran for president people were shocked to learn who Walter Standish really was.

He was an Ice Blaster
Thought he was a normal guy, wakes up in bed one day and his room is completely covered in ice, his cat that he got when he was a child completely frozen, still in the position it had fallen asleep in, on his chest
Wherever he went, he exuded an extreme cold, freezing all around him. He had to get a great scientist to create a suit for him that would contain the cold. It also channeled the cold into certain parts of the suit so that he could send out blasts of ice. He could probably do it without the suit, but he doesn't really know how to control his powers
Apparently there is a single point of absolute zero in his chest, hence Forever Zero

I'm hoping to have the Wiki up next sunday. My original plan was to allow for six days for people to look through it, generate and apply for characters, and formally start the first batch of Issues on June 16th.
It become clear to me that character creation, familiarization with the setting, and character applications will take longer than six days.
So, I am going to try to have the Wiki up by the 10th, and on June 16th formal character application will begin.
Also later this week I'm going to post some example combats, an example of an Issue bid, and so on.
If anyone is wondering why the Vanguard picture is taking so long, i'd like you to find a way to draw the Artisan without making him look exactly like Iron Man.
Once you do, report back to me, and the picture will be done shortly.
Cause, goddamn, i've had to redraw that fucker 3 times already. Each time he just looks exactly like Tony Stark.
