I'd just like to say that any mocking is only in jest, and even recommended in the spirit of the game. I'm sorry if anyone feels hurt that I've lied to try and achieve something, but it's not worth getting upset about. Betrayals and manipulations are part of Munchkin and Phalla. It's nothing personal.
Just wanted to get that cleared up publically. I honestly apologize to anyone who has a lower opinion of me just because of what happened.
In other news, I was playing this like a classic Munchkin game. One weapon in each hand only. I didn't do no triple-fisted style with weapons wielded in my mouth and feet like some of you. :P
Really though, to tell the truth I'd have been a wee bit disappointed if the game didn't end in a divine intervention, it's like a staple of the game for me.

If cards do are all instant, as they seem to be(?) you would have lost two levels and gained one, so you would've been at 8. Man, lucky for you I totally wasn't paying attention until just now. Last minute class registration is time consuming.
B:L, I feel as though I won by proxy due to the grouping plan. I still can't believe I was hit by 3 -1 level curses that night.

Why did I even have to say it? I thought it was pretty obvious. One round; no mace on Squashua; two maces in group. Next round, you die and whoops; Squashua has a mace and the other mace-holder survives.

Marshmallow did seem threatening. Full of silence, yet always advancing.
(I was constantly scared someone was going to curse the halfling out from under me...)
Fact is, most of the game I was just incredibly lucky with my item receipts. I didn't want to draw too much attention so I mostly just grouped with people who were tied or a few levels below via PM.
Anyway, good game everyone, it really was a lot of fun!
EDIT: So Plutonium, now can you tell me why I didn't die when Zerinan did?

That's why I went for Skid's mace when I did; I needed that +4 goodness.

A few quick trades later and that elf config was gone. ;-)
