Man, I should really stop reading this thread at work. I want to play now. Was trying to get into a game last night around midnight EST but the group chat was surprisingly empty. There were like 3 people in the chat, one was away, one was in a full game and the other was playing something else completely. I tried to get a game going with random people, but every group I got stuck with didn't understand the meaning of the word teamwork. It's much more fun to play with the PA group.
Can anyone recommend a good set of headphones/microphone for this game? I need one post haste!
I use the old version of these, and they are incredible. Judging by the reviews, they kept the quality just as high with this new version.
Do you have any surround-sound recommendations?
I've got an old pair of Zalman ZM-RS6Fs, but don't have an integrated microphone or installation sofware, so are kinda tricky to set up right.
If not, that will force me to invent a machine to smack some bloody sense into you over the internet.

I love Valve and I love the Source engine. This game runs pretty damn well on my shit PC, seems even smoother than TF2. I am so happy I don't have to buy the 360 version.

If I had the cash I would have pre-ordered this so hard. However, with Dead Space, Fallout 3, and Wrath of the Lich King, I'm not so sure if my bank could handle another game.

There isn't a real PA server. Job and Alabasterslim have one up, but your better off joining the armadeaddon chat and finding a game there.
