Yeah I'm going R>Q>W>E in general. Even against an aggressive garen and morde I still didn't find a need to put too much into defense. Her Q is so good. That extra 10-20 AP/AD has made the difference in getting kills. Twisting between Q and W during a 1-on-1 fight is so great.
The movespeed buff is nice once you get to teamfights, but I can't see why you would prioritize it over anything.
I put 1 point in movespeed @ 3 juuuuuust in case (never know when the extra little burst means the difference), but yeah it's definitely last.
Her Q active is great for the surprise dive kill. I got a few kills last game because people figured I couldn't do enough damage to them in one shot to make a tower dive work. Wrong!
Her attack range seems friggin huge as well. I know its not really but more than once I got a last hit on someone running and it felt like they were way past my range.
I really like that her heal beam is faster than a few other projectiles. I had two heals last game where they hit just before the tower and saved teammates. One dude was just flabbergasted by it and kept thanking me cause he thought he was done for.

I....I assume everyone puts a point into everything before prioritizing.

As Mundo, I definitely don't touch Burning Agony until at least 5. The health cost is way too high at low levels to get use out of it.
I imagine there are similar situations for other champs.
I might get a 2 in my main at 3 depending on character, but I certainly like having 1 of everything by 4. Someone like Vlad for example should go Q-W-Q-E IMO.
i love having a heimer rockets dealio that will target champions if they are in range, but i am definitely still having trouble with the range
a lot of times i am like "man i can totally hit them riiiight... now!!!" and i hit 2 creeps
Yeah. Using her speed thing to scoot around and bait people just makes it harder as well. "Ha-ha! Now they are chasing me! And now I am fast and almost to where my team can be in time to guarantee the kill. Better turn around annnnnnd *fizzle spell* Well shit."
Nothing sadder than a Sona that tries to activate her thingers at the right time and ends up doing nothing. I died doing that last game to a friggin Teemo with 100hp.
I can't believe Phreak said Sona is bad at getting creepkills, and he puts points in her offensive skill last. You are like frigging vlad in the laning phaes with your phase and Q maxed first with some heals on the side.
Old, but Phreak also advocated getting Greeeeeeed.
Everything he says is now invalid.

I think he's targetting the type of player who can clairvoyance the fountain, see the enemy team stir a bit and barely move, then predict where they are going to lane! Telepathy clairvoyance indeed.
I'm really disappointed that the Pentakill Sona skin just looks like a fat goth chick, instead of actually cool.
Where are you getting fat from?
Pornography and a highly warped image of what a skinny person is
Less her actually being fat, more that being the stereotype that the imagery evokes.
So if you saw a skinny goth chick with a huge rack in front of you, you'd automatically dismiss her as being fat and move on instead of actually looking at her. Got it.

Miss Fortune is broken unless they have someone on the other team who can close the gap really fast

To be fair, she has the tits of a grotesquely huge woman in that pic, but the waist of a flatlander. The dichotomy plays tricks with perception :P

I will admit, I am...unfamiliar with that particular connotation for flatlander.

Sigh. Yet another caster to build mostly the exact same way.
(A) just had my first game where Kassadin really "clicked" -- I had been shunted into mid against Panth, had never midded before, and I was half-health at like the three minute mark because I couldn't silence him before he got a spear off, but then things changed quickly (silencing him right as he does his leap really screws him up). I understand that Kass is a mediocre mid, but being able to silence the entire enemy presence instead of half of the enemy presence really makes him a lot stronger in the early game. In 2v2 lanes I can't farm for shit -- what do I do? last-hit with Q, or just accept that I'm gonna be a little stunted in the early game?
(B) I've been running Clarity/Ignite on Kass, but I've had to use Clarity exactly once so far. I am considering swapping clairvoyance for it to set up walljump Riftwalks -- thoughts? Also considering Cleanse, because most of the time I die it's because I'm stunned and can't Riftwalk away.

How can you trust a guide written in a fucking day
It's on those two items in particular. I can agree on Reverie. She already has an awesome movement buff. She doesn't need another. I was already iffy on the Reverie. The locket, I'm on the fence about. I might just keep that one, but Tear of the Goddess' ridiculous +1k mana tends to make that moot.

Gonna try Zhonya/Archangel spam on her to see how crazy her abilities get.
Not that crazy considering her ratios are .6 on her nuke, .5 on her heal, and .7 on her ult.
As an aura champion, if the enemy is vaguely competent, she's going to eat a bunch of focus fire to the face unless even more juicy targets present themselves. If she's alive after the fight is over, good luck catching her and her teammates as she constantly she speeds them. As such, she needs some survivability after the Archangel's and a Locket is a good candidate. Its effect means she can more or less ignore chip damage and have her heals reserved for people who are actually caught in more serious stuff.
Plus, his build is retarded given it advocates DFG+SS, then says Frozen Heart is a viable item later as your luxury. The first two items alone are 30% CDR, FH is another 25%, putting you way over the cap, ignoring runes and masteries.
