If you're watching RPM, keep in mind that it's source material skewed more along the comedic then dramatic side of it's type of series. Unlike Turbo though which had the same thing to deal with, RPM's adaptation was apparently handled more competently in the eyes of the fans.

Its a super dark series from a really goofy one and I love it
Around the time of Zeo, Saban planned to make a Bulk and Skull comedy spinoff show, where they would run a hotel (Jason Narvy has said that he thinks it was "their grandmothers' hotel"). A Mexican Elvis impersonator was going to be a supporting character. Narvy claims that the video release The Good, The Bad, and the Stupid was put out as a "test market" and when "no one out there bought it", Saban cancelled the plans.[10]
I liked VR Troopers a lot but don't remember anything about it now
And I used to occasionally catch Superhuman Samurai Syber Squad before school, but years later when I tried bringing it up to friends nobody believed such a thing ever existed
You know, it's a shame that Go-Busters is looking to be either cannibalized for extra footage or worse flat out ignored for Dino Charge because this could have been a good series to bring here as part of Power Rangers. Especially for those who enjoyed RPM as it also involves a rogue AI and has some dark tones to it. It had some nice Zords too.
And that's Marvel's Miss America on the team. This is from the same partnership that led to Spider-Man having a tokusatsu series with a giant robot, and him hanging out with Kamen Rider V3.
There's also Thunder-Stealth Captor 1 from Ninja Captor. Which is sentai, but not super sentai.

The ONE big slight against RPM for me is that I hate the 6th and 7th rangers, and those are supposed to be a highlight of the season
but I hated both the characters and the suits so
Its still great though, but a good 6th ranger pulls a lot of weight

this is emblematic of a couple things that started happening later
The "core" team was often 3 rangers, not five, with the last two not showing up until at least a few eps into the season
And also like a fucking ridiculous number of megazord configurations

A terrible thing that I watched so much of.
Like the girl has a crossbow so fine, whatever.
But the one dude has a boulder on the end of a chain, and he swings it around and it shoots lasers at the baddies. He never hits anyone with it.
I think sword guy at least got into a sword fight or two.
