Depends on the non-beer drinker I suppose... There are two distillery stops and a cidery on the tour this year along with four breweries. In the Seattle area its not unusual for breweries to have a cider as a guest tap but I haven't been to any of these breweries do I don't know if that's something that they do.

Hm... Well, there is a cidery and two distilleries on the tour. Some of the breweries will likely have a local guest cider and/or root beer on tap but not all of them. You're also welcome to bring a selection of bottles on the bus, as we can drink on the bus too.
So it's up to you whether or not that sounds like the kind of tour you'd like to make for yourself.

Yeah, it's already been said there is like two non-beer places that's on the list. Honestly, it's the bus full of drinking gamers that got me to buy a ticket lol. Also, I don't have to worry about getting from beer to beer this way lol.

I could also mention that other fine non-beer potables are available at the Old Ballard Liquor Company, which I fully intend to stop by sometime Tuesday. ;-)

Being able to bring something to drink on the bus is a big plus. We're both in!
Now we'll just have to figure out if he wants to bring something from home (Victoria, BC) or pick up something in Seattle.
If you decide to pick up in Seattle, there's a terrific beer store in the North end, called Chuck's Hop Shop. http://chucks85th.com/
They have hundreds of different bottled beers and ciders available, plus growlers of any of their 40 taps. If you drive down instead of taking the Clipper, you can easily detour off I-5 on your way in. Otherwise, the 28 bus is a straight shot from downtown to the store.
Update: We need a minimum of 22 people signed up by this Friday to make the party bus happen. If we don't hit that number by Friday (the date the bus company needs a confirmation), we'll downsize to a smaller bus with less seats and less awesome. Still comfortable, but not epic.
If we get more than 22 people, the ticket price will drop for everyone and refunds will happen.
25 people = $88 per ticket
27 people = $82 per ticket

I think we can make it happen either way... at least on a tiny-tiny screen... but yeah, bigger screen Duck Game and Tumblestone would be great! Maybe some Inversus and Speedrunners too...

Yeah, but putting "We need 2 more tickets to afford the big party bus instead of the little coach which is okay but not as cool" is too much info for the header. Given the choice of what information to convey in just two or three words, this was the best we could come up with. Regardless, nobody has queried about whether there's room for a party of three, and the body of the thread makes it clear that there would be, so I don't think anybody has been put off by it.
We just got one more signup, and that makes us only one short for the party bus. This would bring us in at $102 per person. I'm going to take it to feedback on the private message thread for the ticketholders.

Third stop (lunch): Being lit af at 11:30 in the morning. Good lunch. Burger. They had a red, I think, that was particularly yummy.
Fourth stop: Really? The people at the "casino" are going to talk shit to the brewery tour? Really? At least we're getting something for our money. Now then....mead? *sips* MEAD.
Fifth stop: Tiny little glasses of joy and the RIGHT way to do pre-PAX queue training.
Sixth stop (roadside shop): I'm not sure how I'm still standing at this point, but this strawberry ice cream is amazeballs.
Seventh stop: I can barely focus, Lexi. Why do I have to do the pronunciation test NOW? Squo...squo...sussudio. Also, cute bartenderessesses.
Eight stop (supper): A boat shaped tray of flight glasses, a kinda watery root beer, and tapping out before finishing the least agreeable beer. Discretion being the better part of valor, as it were.
Speaking of drunk memory/ potentially bad ideas, I have now obtained a bottle of Sink the Bismark from Brewdog for the purposes of sharing with all the fine people on this trip.
If you haven't heard of this beer, it's like41 to 42% ABV..
Hence potentially bad idea..

The cidery owner will be out of town on the day of the tour, and Airways Brewing's restaurant is under renovation so we're going to change those two stops. The full itinerary/links/schedule is in the OP but here's the summary:
Cockrell Cidery is being replaced with Schilling Cider
Airways Brewing is being replaced with Imbibe Bottle House (25 taps, 500 bottles)
By making the very last stop a bottle house, everyone will have the opportunity to buy any bottles or growlers they didn't see on the tour but want to take home. A food truck will be on hand for dinner, and the bottle house also has paninis.
We're getting the same bus we had last year, with the HDMI connection to the TV. I think I remember that it didn't have sound - but correct me if I'm remembering that wrong. @WuShock is investigating the reality of bringing an SNES but we're having problems with finding a coax adapter to HDMI, if anyone has one please speak up.
The bus has offered to put an inverter onboard so that we have a power source, so we're also looking at @JobiwanKenobi 's gaming laptop. It's a beast and also requires a power source to run for more than 2.3 minutes. Anybody else planning on bringing an HDMI-compatible laptop with preloaded games and controllers to PAX?
Keep in mind that the bus doesn't have any storage to speak of, and no tables so there's no way to play any sort of tabletop games, but you do sit facing each other and compact hand games like CAH or Playtest work well in that setting.
Well, shitsnacks. I just heard back from Imbibe Bottle House and the owner had scheduled a conflicting event there that night so they can't host us. I'm looking around for an alternative last stop/dinner stop.
I was just about to suggest that. Though motion controls on a bus in motion aren't ideal, the VC should have a broad host of games and hey native HDMI.

I have a Pi 2 and Pi 3 and 2 snes style controllers, and I'm fairly confident I could run at least the pi 2 off a battery pack. Should I bring them? A real console would probably be better, but they do have HDMI out. I also have a portable speaker that can take a 3.5mm jack input, and component audio -> 3.5mm adapters - I can bring that regardless if an audio solution is needed for any other system.
For tabletop-sans-table I have Funemployed (similar to CAH, kinda), love letter and sushi go I think could all work. I'm almost sure Cash n guns could work but that's a big box to lug to Seattle for me. Welcome to the Dungeon is pretty good and doesn't take much space either - but would probably benefit from a table.
I also bought Super Smash Bros for 3ds just for the pax trip, so if anyone wants an easy win or three I'll have my 3DS.
Question for everybody: Because the last stop is being shuffled around a bit, there's a chance the tour could end up an hour earlier than planned (not due to cancelling the last stop, but because it might be closer to town and we'd gain a bunch of travel time).
Do you want to:
A) Wind up the tour around 7:00 instead of 8:00
-or- Take a midday detour up to a scenic viewpoint somewhere around Mount Rainier?
