I am more curious why the UN doesn't just give them rice.
I mean it's one of the reasons they are around to feed and support the people who cannot do it themselves.
If it was some faceless corporation that was doing this I would understand why they are trying to limit the amount of rice they give to the starving, but shouldn't the UN just give them all the rice they have as opposed to yelling at africa, "You can only have 2 kgs or rice today because middle class white people are STUPID."
I don't have anything against people that are doing this, I'm just wondering why it was set up like this to begin with.

Yeah, as I said before this raises money from companies that donate it to the U.N. so they can send more rice. This isn't an issue of the U.N. doing nothing if it weren't for Free Rice. I don't understand why people keep acting like this is the case. This is simply providing additional funding so they can do more of what they do. Because it does cost money.
