Man, I have all my ports forwarded and I've totally hosted games before with no problems, but for some reason tonight whenever I try to invite someone, they time out. wtf gamespy, you blow so hard.
Oh man so I bought this SMG from the shop on a whim and it is so good. It's got the same rate of fire as the one I had before, does less damage, but has 80-90% accuracy and does 3x fire damage. It's got a scope so I'll just run up and storm an entire bandit camp and next thing I know they're all dead. I am basically unstoppable right now.

I go through periods like this where I become really frustrated with my weapons, where I don't find new ones for ages, it happened with my sniper rifles (I usually carry two, for reasons that are my own).
Then, just before, within 5 minutes of eachother, I find two new sniper rifles both about 100 more damage than my ones before and it is spectacular.
Right now I am waiting on this phenomenon to give me a nice revolver.
What level are you? The chest from the Old Haven quest gave me my current death pole, and I'm loving it.

Really I see a nice gun and go "oh that's nice but are you doing over 7000 damage a hit like my fists are? No? You aren't? Well alright then."
I love my +200% melee revolver. I don't think I've ever shot it even, except by accident. I just use it to slice bits off people.
doing 700% damage 35% of the time is crazy fun. If the thing I'm fighting is below my level or weak to melee attacks I can usually do 99,999 damage and they just straight up explode.

Did you find the three keys? Off the Bandits? The thing you get was what I used for about a day, and then I found the 450-something Damage Sniper I'm usng now, and then I found the 640 damage revolver which has a longer scope than both my snipers and everyone just dies. And then there is creepy laughing.
Up and left of the place you enter Old Haven through is a small hut and a bandit's body that you can talk to. This bandit offers, with his dying breath, a quest to find his three brothers' bodies and the keys to the hut his body is near.
In this hut is a treasure map leading to the brothers' treasure cache.

Did pick up a 2 shot revolver with 547 damage, a 4.2x scope, and 91% accuracy.
