Well he's all hardass and I keep going "Oh Kevin Nealon, stop it. Your weekend updates were only second best to Norm Macdonald's, you don't need to impress me by doing this."

At rank 4 of Cerberus Officer, Miranda is giving you 15% health or weapon damage to your whole party. That's pretty significant. I went with damage cause 15% of fuck-all health is still low. Whereas that extra damage is fairly noticeable.
She is also the only person that has buffs that cover, health (warp) armour (warp) shields (overload) and warp again.
I don't take anyone but Mirranda. She's my go to girl.
I just did the archangel mission with a vanguard on insanity.
Send your patsy over to the far side of the corner, hop over and shoot him in the face.

I tried that.
The silly cow wouldn't go there.
I managed to take cover launch a warp (which didn't work the sixty other times I launched it) Popped a volley of inferno rounds into his face reloaded, re-buffed my shields and finished him off.
It's just frustrating that you can't use charge on the bastard.

Fuck that pyro round that corner.
I probably spent about 20 minutes on that fucko.
Everyone's like "Woah that part is hell" but when I did it, the pyro guy was dumb enough to show a tiny bit of his canister around the corner. Cue a second of careful aiming and a nice, chunky explosion.
I downloaded the Hammerhead DLC today and played a little, finally beat the platform part of the Collector Ship but now I'm stuck at the goddamn Praetorian. Manged to kill off all the regular guys, kept my team going and when that fucker was at 20% armor he got me.

I would like to pause for a moment, to talk about my penis.
My penis is like a toddler. A toddler—who is a perfectly normal size for his age—on a long road trip to what he thinks is Disney World. My penis is excited because he hasn’t been to Disney World in a long, long time, but remembers a time when he used to go every day. So now the penis toddler is constantly fidgeting, whining “Are we there yet? Are we there yet? How about now? Now? How about... now?”
And Disney World is nowhere in sight.
you'll never fill all the bars being consistent pony
there is literally only one instance in the game in which this matters
and it's a very annoying instance that matters very little
samara's loyalty quest. you basically can't get Morinth unless you have an nearly full Paragon OR Renegade bar. Because THAT makes sense.
Also
I believe you can't side with Miranda instead of Jack after they become loyal, then go and make up with Jack afterwards, unless you're full one way or the other.
basically, Paragon points are way, way easier to get than Renegade points
like by a lot
because most side-quests, the "I am interested in your situation and want to help" is the Paragon option (and nets you Paragon points) whereas the Renegade option is "Fuck off, I don't care" and you don't get any Renegade points or XP or money or anything.
so basically, if you want to do all the sidequests in either ME game you basically have to choose Paragon options some of the time
in ME2, there's a couple of quests that will net you Renegade points in addition to Paragon ones, but that's about it
i guess it's reasonable, since ultimately the game is about how you are the hero of the fucking galaxy

this is untrue
you just need to be 3/4 one way or the other
same with
tali/legion aftermath
the one i mentioned in the first spoiler is literally the hardest paragon/renegade check in the game and the only time it was ever an option for me was when i was making a character who basically had a full paragon bar by that point in the game anyway (which means actually using that choice would make NO SENSE)
it is the only time, on any playthrough, my options have been greyed out
which is pretty annoying
then again i wish there wasn't alignment bars anyway
dragon age had the right of it
fuck alignment bars, but your partymembers might be like "whoa shepard that ain't right"
For the Tali/Legion aftermath on my past two runs, both renegade I've been unable to make them stop without taking sides because the renegade response is always greyed out even though my renegade levels were above 3/4 the first time and 90% full the second time. I had to side with Tali, then apologize to Legion to fix things.

hearing shit like this really makes me wonder how those checks are made because i am beginning to think it's not as simple as how full your bars are
because i've had a completely different experience with it, with the same renegade level
which makes me wonder if it's some retarded mechanic of your points in one bar canceling out the other or some shit
or if your character level is also factored into it

This is too big for my screen so when I popped the spoiler all I saw was Zaeed. Then I scrolled to the right, and it was magnificent.

Once we get a bigger apartment, those are totally going up on the walls.
From now on, only save repository imports.
Man those Citadel litos go hella fast.
Seriously tempted to grab the Illusive Man one.
Awww jeeeeah
Fits perfeck.

What happens? Do you just waste a dude and smirk? I hope you just waste a dude and smirk.

you waste a dude and the then shepards like "more than just scouts, one less now though"
Twitch (I stream most days of the week)
Twitter (mean leftist discourse)
you get renegade points for headshotting a robot you're going to kill anyway
basically any interrupt that involves shooting anything nets you renegade points
pretty lame
Yes man. Jamming the electric crescent wrench or whatver that thing was into Fatface McManyeyes was insanely good

"BLURGHGHAHGHAHG"

the latter
because trying to pick all the Renegade or Paragon options all the time will make your actions make no fucking sense
like talking with the Illusive Man, sometimes the Renegade options are "FUCK CERBERUS AND FUCK YOU, I DO THINGS MY WAY"
and other times it's like "RIGHT, PRAISE HUMANITY AND CERBERUS ALL THE WAY"
even people who are consistently dickheads are consistent about what they are dickheads about
and yet they reward you for it :?

Zoom around in your hover tank, do lip tricks off the edge of a crater, and shoot some people.
It is neat little self-contained story, 5 missions in total I think.
