Just got back from the movie, it works great on it's own.

Also, got to attend a Q and A featuring Wright, Cera, and Schwartzman.

I like following all of the press related stuff, interviews, etc.

It doesn't make you like a Twilight fan, it's what people have done for a long time when they're really hyped up about anything, if you're having fun and enjoying it, what's the problem?

The score is amazing, first time I've downloaded via Amazon and I was really happy with it.

Do Amazon music downloads work really easily with iTunes? Like it just loads them straight into the correct folder?

Kieran Culkin is on Jimmy Fallon right now. He has way too much stuff on his wrist. It's distracting.

Also, the clip rget used is the extended "L-word" clip.

What I've bought off Amazon usually prompts me to open ITunes, so it should be fine.

I find it disheartening that for a movie that takes place in Toronto, based on a comic written and illustrated by a Canadian dude, there have been no early viewings here. What the hell, Wright? What the hell?

Again, my mom is 51 and to her Scott Pilgrim > Eat Pray Love. It's not all about age.

It's not an absolute, but he has a point - there's a much higher chance of generational disconnect the older you go, so it shouldn't surprise anyone that older viewers may not get/enjoy the film.

This guy's got the right idea

Scott Pilgrim trailer cut with original comic panels:

I just saw and it is amazing. The best parts are the rushed action sequences with all the panels smashed together and they flash by in seconds. That's when the illusion works best.

    Joking.

Anyone notice that she takes alot of pictures with Mr. O'Malley whereas I don't see him with ANY other cast members?

A good movie trascends generations. It's especially ridiculous when your arbitrary mark for this divide encompasses a huge group of people that were doing what you think they don't grasp, at the age you're at now.

Alternately, good movies aren't for you because you're under the age of 30 and what do you know about good movies?

Alternatively, people who are over 30 are much less likely to be aware of a lot of the references the movie makes. Much like Matlock isn't for people under the age of 65. But I can see that this idea is too difficult for you to grasp.

I don't require an arbitrary age jump. Some people just aren't gonna get it, no matter what age they are.
