fuck i love this show
right now i'm watching 'code of honor', the one where the scary black men come and abduct tasha yar to bone her
naturally, the white people are frightened by it and picard's storming off to fix it
(god, i love picard)

everyone's slightly uncomfortable in their roles still and the lighting is garish as fuck
there's still some good eps in the first couple of seasons though.

I've just heard it's the weakest season, no Dr. Crusher, everything's still kind of awkward
but it has Elementary, Dear Data in it so really how bad could it be
yeah, that and data compares them to native americans
and they have peculiarly african music instruments
she is awful
yeah it's probably more hits than misses, still. first season is the worst because everything looks like it's on a tv budget and wesley crusher is in every episode
