    for one this is going to be a pretty involved project--we're not really going the strip format, we're doing more the dr. mcninja "online comic book route"

    we're still in design stages right now, getting character models and stuff nailed down

    and also the forum battle is really too insular for the mass appeal I want it to have

    stuff from past forum battles will appear in the comic, but I don't want to use it as a forum battle platform

    plus just so much damn research goes into forum battling

    figuring out where people are weak, where they're strong. contingency plans for every possible path through the bracket, getting an overarching theme nailed down, a continuous style, then making sure that it's something people will like, but not expect, etc

    it's a LOT of work

    Gotta say I expected more from you, skullman. You know it's not these one off things that make people vote, it's the whole package. Yeah some people won't like your rapping but if they liked the rest then they would have voted for you. People enjoy shit not because of the songs used but the way someone uses them, and you should know that.
