If you have a supported ISP you can get the same thing from http://espn3.com/. They are basically making that available to all xbox users no matter what ISP they have.
I don't have a supported ISP and I would have killed to have access to their stream during the World Cup.
it's the same as having netflix on xbox
it's having an internet-based video service conveniently in something you probably already have hooked to your TV
because they like to remind people that they hate physical activities

actually, you still need to be running a supported ISP. this is basically only letting you do on the xbox what you could already do on your browser. I really wish it provided access regardless of your ISP, though.
And upon checking, our provider doesn't offer it, so eh.
