    when i watched them stream the demo last night this one lady was saying it is really scaleable

    so if you have a shitty computer you'll still be able to run it just fine

    Personally I'm looking forward to trying the new system. I like tactical combat, and most of the changes they've described sound appealing to me.

    Having said that, I don't think complaints about the more in-depth combat are automatically illegitimate: some players would rather not focus on combat, or might prefer simplified, high-level strategic combat over an in-depth system. Just because you like it more doesn't make it better for everyone.

    considering AoE is real time strategy and Civ is turn based, not that similar
