    Assuming he was 25 or so in the first game, it's been sixteen years now (Duke Nukem 1 was released in 1991) so that would make him 41 or so years old.

    If I were the developer I would release the next Duke Nukem game as episodic content, and Forever would be the first episode.

    But I would start with episode 2, and make sure it was written so all the critical plot elements happened in 1.

    Basically, start making new games as if DNF was already released and somehow nobody played it. This would amuse me greatly.

    should make one of those plot points be a 'mass amnesia ray' that was fired at Earth, making everyone forget the activites of DNF.
