Woo, just turned Wynne into an Arcane Warrior.

My main character ended up being an arcane warrior blood mage.

He was so badass and op.

Considering Morrigan's picking up Spirit Healer next level, I am really quite inclined to just have Wynne actually go Arcane Warrior full time. It would be funny.

    Ha ha ha.

"Winterval" stories in the tabloids, and it's not even December yet.

Goddam it. These war on Christmas / PC gone mad stories never end do they. Somewhere, someone is a ball of anger about stupid crap that does not affect them in anyway and we all get punished with the news stories as a result

It's all due to something that Birmingham Council did twice during the '90s as an advertising thing that just refuses to go away...
Quite simply, as Head of events at that time, we needed a vehicle which could cover the marketing of a whole season of events…Diwali (festival of Lights), Christmas lights switch on, BBC Children in Need, Aston Hall by Candlelight, Chinese New year, New Years eve etc. Also a season that included theatre shows and open air ice rink, Frankfurt open air Christmas market and the Christmas seasonal retail offer. Christmas, called Christmas! and its celebration, lay at the heart of Winterval.

Political correctness was never the reasoning behind Winterval, but yes it was intended to be inclusive (which is no bad thing to my mind) and a brand to which other initiatives could be developed as part of The Winterval offer in order to sell the City at a time when all cities are competing against each other for the seasonal trade.

Also worth pointing out that it was never a public branding. The term was only used on stuff sent out to businesses and event organisers.

and the best thing is that 30 seconds to a couple of minutes of searching on the internet should be enough to tell anyone who cares to know that there is no scandal or anything like that

So if you give Wynne a giant fuckoff mace she is really quite happy to smash faces in.

An excellent example being the ogre that killed the King. I didn't think she was up for jumping above it and smashing it into the ground on the way down, but evidently I was wrong. Cathartic, I suppose.

No wonder Alistair says she's getting younger every day.

So has anything particularly interesting being released in the latest wikileak leak, or is it the sort of mundane stuff that either doesn't really need to be secret, or 'just' poses a risk to operational security?

Bogart, you like DC comics and videogames, right? I think maybe DC Universe Online is a thing you should keep an eye on.

It's not often you can duke it out with the B-list superheroes instead of just Batman and Superman.

Not to say that a government's corrupt actions shouldn't be exposed, but when stuff like that is exposed regardless of its content one of the major concerns is granting insight to another country on how we're gathering our information. Even if the information itself isn't important, it lets other know what's being gathered and how, thus giving insight on how to prevent it. Which makes people dismissing the mundane information kind of annoying.

I put god knows how many hundreds of hours in City of Heroes, and am deeply wary of starting another MMORPG. If I was going to do one, however, it would probably be another super hero one.

I want more single player super hero games as good as Arkham Asylum, to be honest. Something starring Hawkeye.

Oh I know, I thought that fell under the classification of operational security. My comment was more, has anything juicy got released, rather then on the morality of it - I'm dismissing the mundane stuff on that account.
