According to the BSG wiki the Six that briefly appeared and accused Baltar of sabotage in season one was Shelly Godfrey. And even though she's being shadowed by marines she just disappears around a corner and is never seen or heard from again, despite a lengthy fleet-wide search.
I mean yeah technically Gina did the same thing but we would have heard something about another six in the fleet by this point.

This is quite odd! In the US, the S4 boxset (so far) is called 4.0, implying there's a 4.5 to follow. And I saw another S4 boxset saying Season 4 Part One on the front. But mine just says Season 4. I am so confused!
