    I use to really hate Facebook then I deleted like 70% of my "Friends" who I either disliked or feel nothing for. And now it's pretty ok!

    I think I'll take Pratchett over Gaiman, not because I think he's necessarily a better writer. I just get so many moments of bizarre...understanding from Pratchett's books.

    And it has a surprisingly low amount of bad stuff in it. Carpe Jugulum is the only book I can think of offhand which was just not good.

    I unfriended people who started using the word "slacktivist" in a non-ironic way.

    Of course nobody thought having cartoons as their main pic was going to stop child abuse. Way to be a colossal dick about it though.

    Oh when you said Adams you mean the Guide to the Galaxy Guy? He's good but no where near as good as Neil Gaiman or Terry Pratchett. His later Guide books just started feeling really bizzare and kind of depressing.

    Twitter is best when you use public lists on a topic you are interested in. Then it turns into a gigantic message board on that topic, which more posts per minute than an average board of that topic.
