    I bought 5 bucks worth of RP to get the white mage veigar skin when it was on sale, and since then I've just bought any skins that I like if they go on sale.

    I think I can still afford a 975 one that's half off.

    To be fair, they had a point. If someone hits you twice with wits end while you're low mana, there is literally nothing you can do anymore. If you had full mana, one of you was dead before it mattered.

    I'm wondering if they are going to stealth nerf the champion abilities that reduce CC duration by making them also based on this new number and thus not stack with items, or if they will still stack with item CC reduction. Stuff like Mundo's fire shield and... uhhhhhh... I guess Singed's ult now?

    Tenacity will stack with champions with similar CC reduction abilities, just as before. Tenacity just doesn't stack with other instances of Tenacity.

    That's one of the reasons why we keyworded it as such instead of just calling it 'non-stacking CC reduction %' on every item.
