Oh, also, I'm hoping to get an 8 player game of Halo Reach on, so we'll need four more controllers. It would also help if people brought a couple gamecube controllers for the smash as I only have two, and playing it with Wii controls sucks... Thanks!

A bunch of game designers, programmers, artists, sound designers, etc. get together at UBC, form teams, and then each team spends 48 hours designing a game.
I could gush all day about how awesome it was, but instead I'm going to suggest that something happens in Vancouver soon? Even if it's just a bunch of us going to a pub for food and drinks.

Hey everyone. I'm trying to get a group together to go see Arrietty at Silver City Riverport on February 18th. (Time to be announced if/when Cineplex actually gets the movie into their schedule.) Anyone interested?
**EDIT** I'm going with the 6:55 pm show, since my mom will be watching my kids and will want to go home eventually.

We're having the 'American Anti-Superbowl Superbowl Commercials (and superbowl probably) board game party!
Feburary 3rd, 2012. 3pm-10pm.
Located in Bellingham, WA. not too late since we have to work monday.
Probably try to play some longer games like Arkham Horror, Railroad Tycoon, etc.
