    Well, I just got the TM10 from the trainers in Jubilife City. I don't know what the best application for it is.

    Also, Pokemon watch. Is there anything I simply must do to this thing?

    I currently have the starting Piplup, Starly, Bidoof, Shinx, and Kricketot.

    Edit: The Abra's were a bit challenging with a level 8 Piplup.

    use TMs on pokemon you think you'll be using for a long while

    the game is generally easy enough that you don't need to worry too much about playing optimally

    I don't think you'll be able to find a weedle in diamond version, bri

    it's not a big deal

    you can basically use almost any pokemon you like

    try to keep a whole team well-leveled instead of just focusing on one or two pokemon, and try to have to a good variety of types

    also, you should know that pokemon get a 50% damage bonus when using moves whose types match theirs

    kricketot is a bit of a tough one to work with

    if you want to train him, put him first in the party and then switch him out for someone else

    he'll get half the exp, and learns an attacking move at level ten

    alternitavely, you can give him that tm if you think he'll stick around on your team

    or just use bide and be pissed off when the other dudes keep using growl until after the bide is released
