Very happy my mother always splashed out on good quality shoes and had us measured often. I have very flat feet, but I have molded insoles for when I need to walk long distances, and I don't have too many problems!

I got shin splints for a long time, but new shoes and the right stretches go a long way

use a wall as support to stretch your calf, lift your toes up and lean into it with your heel planted firmly on the ground

it stretches your calves and the muscles around your shins, even if you can't feel it

i'm actually pretty good. it's just a hellaciously stressful time, and i am having medically-induced panics, but i know they're medication-induced and that helps a bit

The girl who said she would get back to me about when we were going on a date never did. I'm gonna be sad a bit and then probably message her and it was all a big mistake and then maybe happy?

Still kind of pining for the last girl though. Part of me wishes I had a definitive answer on her. If it is the answer I can only assume that would suck, but there's still that possibility that she thinks I am super great and really just has been busy for the past month.
