To fix what just doesn't work at all is in the PM I sent, although you also need to do a simple boolean check instead of checking if the value is 1. You also didn't update hasmod string, but I'd recommend just using GetAddOnMetadata() there so you never have to touch that line again.
But there's a lot of other messed up stuff, like your million leaked globals. And what is MG_Frame for? Why are you registering a cvar?
My copy has all the changes, but I "fixed" a bunch of other stuff, so you probably don't want that.
